Dan Willenbring

As Partner, Dan’s focus is taking projects from conception through completion with both land that Tamarack discovers and sites that builders bring to Tamarack as a development partner. Dan is currently focusing on markets in Minnesota and Ohio with over 3,200 single-family and multi-family residential units in the development stage for initial construction starts in 2024. 

Dan’s many years of development experience include roles as consulting civil engineer working for city, county and state agencies; multiple leadership positions at Target Corporation within the Real Estate, Construction and Engineering departments; and as an executive with Inspire Brands leading the construction efforts for several national brand restaurants. 

Dan also served as a City of Marine on St. Croix Planning Commission Chairman for 10 years and a City Council Trustee for 6 years. 

Dan’s philosophy for a successful project is building a strong and trusting relationship with all those involved and delivering on commitments.
